  1. Avoid frequent washing of hair – frequent washing will strip off natural moisture of hair, leaving it dull and damaged.
  2. Do not rub hair with force. Massaging hair is advice but rubbing is not because it causes friction and may cause hair break out.
  3. Do not push comb to hair when wet. Use a wide toothed comb on hair gently. If possible do not comb hair when it is still wet. Wait till hair is damp or dry. Use a fan when drying hair. Heat may contribute to dryness.
  4. Try not to stand on the heat of the sun for a long period. The ultra violet rays of sun are harmful to hair and skin.
  5. Deep hair conditioning is best to a damaged hair but an organic moisturizer is even better.
  6. For long hairs, frequent trimming will avoid split ends.
  7. Do not use treatments regularly. Hair treatments has chemicals that is harmful to hair.
